Our dairy-free queso is one of our most popular items and, in fact, wasn’t even supposed to be a regular product. We launched this deliciously creamy non-dairy queso for National Hispanic Heritage month to celebrate these amazing folks. One hundred percent of the proceeds for the month were donated to RAICES to help fund legal aid for immigrants. However, when we tried to stop making it at the end of the month, we were barricaded in the kitchen by angry Mundus Foods fans demanding we make more.
